We’re constantly seeking active community volunteers that are interested in helping our community!

To apply for staff, applicants must meet certain requirements. We don’t select our applicants based on experience or the number of donations; maturity, kindness, sense of service, and a positive attitude come into play. Please keep in mind that this is a serious position; refrain from applying if you want:
• Donator perks.
• To abuse permissions (ban/mute) players without a reason.
• To become ”Popular” or ”Recognized by community members.”

What are the requirements to apply for staff?

1. Applicants must be over the age of 14 years old.
   We have decided to increase the age requirement due to requiring a different level of maturity for all staff members. You will encounter situations that will need you to make quick calls.
2. Being able to review and handle situations that include explicit language, behavior, videos, images, or any difficult situation that staff members might face.
   We do not encourage you to apply if you cannot handle sensitive situations or if you have trouble with problem-solving abilities.
3. Enjoy answering questions and assisting the community.
4. Applicants must have a clean punishment history
   Do not have more than 3 bans/mutes this applies for both discord and in-game.
5. Can download and use a recording software (OBS is a free software we recommend for our oncoming staff)
   Applicants will be required to provide a recording to prove they can record at a decent quality.
6. Must have at least 12 hours of playtime (/stats), and be in our discord for at least 7 days.
7. Staffing experience is not an essential requirement; however, this can boost applicants. Applicants must keep in mind that we do not hire people based on experience.
   New staff members are required to start in a helper position. We do not hire anyone, regardless of experience, at a higher position under any circumstances.

Be honest while filling in your application; lying about anything (Especially age) will result in an automatic denial.

Tips for success

• Make sure to interact with the community in both discord and in-game.
• Be friendly, answer questions in chat, and help new players to understand the gameplay and server features.
• Be a respected community member, and keep yourself away from problematic situations.
• Report any bugs or issues in time. Do not argue or trash talk players/staff members/server. Do not be toxic within the community.
• Always stick to the rules.
